Under this policy:

 

• Cancellations for refund will be considered only if the request is made immediately after making the payment.

• Payments once made are not refundable, however, the appointments can be rescheduled once only.

• In case of any Refunds approved by the Manasvriksha.com, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.  The payment gateway provider may take additional time to actually credit the amount.
